Scope: Persona & JTBD, success metrics (habits/consistency), IA, wireframes → high-fidelity UI, motion states, design system, interactive prototype
Problem: Busy users want consistent exercise but are overwhelmed by long plans and decision fatigue.
What I did
End-to-end concept: research (persona “Rebecca”), design criteria, IA, wireframes → hi-fi, responsive UI, prototype with discovery, scheduler, progress and social; usability walkthroughs.
Outcome
A cohesive MVP concept that makes short, daily routines doable and showcases research, design, prototyping and user-testing skills.

Unlock was conceived with the objective of motivating users to adopt an exercise routine that suits their level, schedule, and interests. The challenge was twofold: making exercise accessible to beginners and ensuring it fits into the smallest time slots of one's day.

The project kicked off with in-depth user research, creating personas like Rebecca—a software developer looking to integrate fitness into her sedentary lifestyle. This research informed the design criteria and user stories that guided the development of Unlock.

As a result, Unlock is a responsive web app that offers:
. A personalised exercise discovery experience, with search and filter options for videos.
. An exercise scheduler that encourages short, daily routines.
. Progress tracking and gamification to keep users motivated.
. Social sharing features to foster a community of fitness enthusiasts.

Though conceptual, Unlock showcases my ability to empathise with user needs and translate them into a functional and engaging digital experience. It represents my journey in UX/UI design, highlighting my skills in research, design, prototyping, and user testing.
