align stakeholders on goals, constraints, and success metrics, then audit the current experience (content, journeys, analytics where available) to define what “better” needs to look like.
Make information easy to navigate

I simplify complex content through information architecture, content modelling, and clear hierarchy so pages scan well, documents are findable, and next steps are obvious.
Design systems that ship

I design component-driven UI (patterns, tokens, templates) that supports scale, reduces rework, and makes handover straightforward for developers.
Accessibility-aware by default

I design with inclusive principles in mind, structure, contrast, states, and interaction patterns so experiences are usable across devices and abilities.
Iterate with evidence

When measurement is available, I use GA insights and feedback loops to validate changes, refine journeys, and improve conversion and comprehension over time.
Collaboration with Developers

Working closely with developers, I ensure that my designs are not only aesthetically pleasing but also technically sound and scalable.
